Things we don't do — and why.
We want every pet to be safe. That means being upfront about what we can and can't handle.
We don't sedate pets.
Sedation for grooming is never necessary. If your pet is too anxious for a full groom, we'll break the session into shorter visits to build comfort over time.
We don't groom severely matted coats without discussion.
If a coat is severely matted, we'll always call you before we shave it down. De-matting causes pain — shaving is usually the humane choice.
We don't groom cats.
We focus entirely on dogs. Cats have different needs, and we'd rather do what we do really well.
We don't guarantee specific finishes on damaged coats.
We'll always do our best, but coat condition determines what's possible. Your pet's comfort always comes first.
